My family still thinks HP is some well-know, famous brand. So when we needed a new inkjet printer at the beginning of the year, i was outvoted, and 'we' bought another HP.
Just IN THIS ONE YEAR, we have returned as DEFECTIVE 4 $300 INKJET hp PRINTERS, and are ON OUR 5th !!
When we bought the first one, we got the 2 year extended warranty at Office Max, because they said then that they, Office Max, would handle all our returns instead of HP, which we had tried before and found to be a big fat "F" in customer service. Now even Office Max is running away from HP; They no longer refill the HP inkjet cartridges for this expensive "disposable" HP printer,,, and they do not willingly honor their own, paid for, with receipt, 'extended warranty' !!
BEWARE,,,
HP has horrid customer service, even if you call the corporate office in Palo Alto, Ca.
