Yesterday,27dec2012, ABC tv news segment on Ca.State Audit of EDD/Employment Development Department and why they don't answer their phones. HELL, They,EDD, have little or no respect for blue collar workers who ,say, might likely have their HOURLY WAGES STOLEN COMMONLY IN CALIFORNIA !! (do Not move to Ca.)

We elected a divinity college Governor, Jerry "moonbeam" Brown, who now has cancer sadly,,, and a Lt. Gov. who does nothing, and a State Attorney General that should be RICO-busting all the moving N. past Watsonville gangs but isn't,,, and an Insurance Commissioner that does so little for the public that you can be hit by debris from a collision but not allowed by state law to collect from that collision!  Imagine being a AAA policy holder and having a tire come thru your windshield from a collision and you can not collect on your own collision insurance and must pay out of pocket!!

The Democrats have a 'Super Majority' in both state houses in California and a Democrat Governor, but no stated plan and  no goals and no timetable for California, unlike the Brits whose Labor and Tory parties are always talking about their Plans, Goals, Timetables on the National level!! Why do we let the Republicans just minority-party obstruct any government responsible behavior,,, and the Democrats just sit idle, without any stated National Plan, National Timetable , National Party Goals, as if the Democrats 'stood' for nothing anymore but lazy easy business as usual, when so much needs to be done in the usa from budget reform and balancing,tax reform,bringing back jobs 'we don't need' our pols told us infrastructure major rebuilding, voter strict standards so no one has to stand in line back East for 6-8 hrs, etc.!!  Watch tv and see the government of Great Britain do it sooo much better! We americans have gotten too lazy and complacent and trusting in our representatives , who are Failing their sworn oaths!! Are we citizen and taxpayers and voters going to 'stand' or sit for this Hypocracy and medacity and 'i know i said this,,, but now i am doing the opposite and this' crap ?!

My point: Calfornia is still so broken, busted, in debt, and DIW.  And the incompetent anti-purpose failing "F" EDD is a good place to see exactly how sick Ca. is now at the end of 2012. In a nutshell what is the big problem with EDD is the same as that of Sacramento: it is extremely pro-big biz and extremely anti-labor.  It is just that simple.

I called the San Jose office of the Labor Commissioner's office, "Division of Labor Standards Enforcement", and talked to one of the unhappy at high paying civil service workers, female, and asked "How long to i have to file for unpaid hourly wages?"  She told me "3 years." Thank you, and goodbye.  Then i , months later, went to the website , and see that for UNDER 40 HOURS/WK ,REGULAR PAY, IT IS 2 YEARS,,, AND FOR OVER 40 HOURS/WK OR OVERTIME IT IS 3 YEARS !!  Why did this overpaid employee give such inadequate incomplete misleading information!?  Irresponsible ,and shows how careless at their job and stated purpose these people are.

So i went to the main office in San Jose at 2450 South Bascom and the door says "EDD",,, but that is a BIG FAT LIE!!  They continue to lie inside; I asked to see the person for veterans and this black guy comes over in a suit and introduces himself as "the Veterans lead person here at the EDD." Can i have one of your business cards? "Oh, i left them at my desk,,,over there,,,it's too far,,, and we are in a Friday meeting today,,,most Fridays,,,so you can't go over there,,,no i can't give you one,,, i really have to go to this Friday meeting bye."

The receptionist continues the BIG FAT LIE with "this is the EDD" when it is a sub-contractor called Work Force or something , full of posers and liars and incompetents.  She tells me to use the phones to sign up for Unemployment Insurance Claim benefits, but the phones don't work. Then she tells me to wait for a pc,,, but they don't work.  Then she tells me "you can file your Unemployment Insurance claim up to 18 months, so no rush. You can go home and do it on your own pc." How can San Jose allow this fraud and dis-service to go on in its nothing but proud town!?

So i went home, lied to and hypocritically treated like dirt by the State of California. The last time i filed for unemployment was back in the 70s and it wasn't this bad. I was laid off of season work in Yosemite like most workers there and after filing once i was sent my small checks all Winter looking for work until being rehired in the Spring. A lot of jobs in Ca. are seasonal, not just the migrant mostly Mexican picker jobs.

Advice: File immediately!! and do not wait a week, as the first week of your claim does not count!! Such carelessness in a once rich and well cared for most state. We did a lot for the pickers with the Grape Boycott and marches,,,We use to have fine state mental hospitals. And the best public schools,in top 3 states in usa. And best of top 3 states roads. Not any more !! Enron fiasco killed Ca. Our Gov. Grey Davis and his push for "deregulation", as a 'Democrat'!!

My initial claim was denied,,,because EDD decided not to read my claim,,, and based my claim on a short job i had while looking for full time work , instead of the 5+yr job i had filed for!! How rude and officially incompetent !! I got another job and for unsafe work conditions(the bus shut down every 10 minutes on the freeway at 65mph due to poor maintenance,,,no engine,,, no power steering,,,dead,,,no warning,,,with high school passengers!!) i left and started another claim.  But EDD would delay sending my 2 week report forms and thus my 2 week checks for over 2 months,,,!?!

I had a mandatory phone interview and the CSR from EDD asked me "What are all the business aliases or DBAs /doing business as for your former employer?"
You ask me , the employee, this !?! Why not ask the employer?!  Really, EDD, do you expect every employee to know every business alias /DBA for every past employer?  Just insane, rude, illogical, too business-crime friendly and harassment !!  Then i was asked to provide the amounts of the paychecks from my last employer, hard copies of which i had sent as requested to EDD !! Later i received a letter from EDD saying they did not have my SSN/social security number and could i sent it to them. How could the State of California loose my SSN !??  The same way they lost my local bank savings account that was forwarded for 'lack of activity in 6 months',,, when i opened it with Bank of the West specifically i said as a long term,slow 'savings account' !!

So i called the Executive head of the EDD and got his executive secretary in Sacramento.  (You won't see this kind of 'on the street, common man' reality reporting in any Ca. newspaper or tv show,,,Thank goodness for the personal story honesty of blogs.)  She told me, get this!!, that "Did you know that all of your Unemployment Insurance is paid for entirely by the employers in California?! You did not contribute anything!  You did not pay for any of it! The employers pay for all of the state unemployment insurance claims."

My work counts for nothing?

My years of abusive employer tactics like writing you up for being late when you are not to keep you from moving to a better company with so many 'complaints' in your file,,,telling you to ask for your paycheck or you don't get it for days ,,,tossing compliment letters instead of filing them too,,, and scattering bird seed around your car so you find it covered in bird droppings after work, day after day.

She was very frustrated that i was not more grateful and so ignorant, with 5 yrs college, after working all my life and making my last boss an Shahs departure Iranian immigrant a multi-millionaire in less than 10 years with stagnant wages for over 3 years and declining benefits from the best medical dental optical and matching 401k to just Kaiser and dental, over 10 yrs. Even when i was a child under 16 i was mowing lawns and baby sitting for money. So from her comfy civil servant soft low-efficiency position in Sacramento she was looking down her nose at me for working in the private sector all my life and working 15 hr days sometimes for 6-7 days a week.  California is so busted broke DIW and failing it's citizenry.

Up until this last election for Obama's second term, the state legislature had a law giving companies a tax break for moving JOBS OUT OF CALIFORNIA !! Can you imagine a state legislature that hostile to its citizenry and voters !?  We voters had to change the law as Sacramento wasn't going to fix itself.
We voted in Gov.Jerry Brown's tax increase, but we are still in so much debt and Sac. historic dark shadows and closed doors, versus sunlight honest open govt , dirty campaign contributions only matter, loss of direction and weak leadership.

I called my Ca. famous female politician and told her i was unemployed and had $10k in wages stolen from my x-boss. Her staff got mad at me and yelled at me! Guess the news meant they had to return (dirty) campaign contributions, before the press found out ,,,how much they paid,,, and how much she did for them.

I had the same problem with old Mullin and Lantos, who kept loosing my signed form from his office to look into a limo company that was paying by private check and not doing any payroll taxes for Social Security. Old man Mullin said "i will send you a brochure on an employer conference you can give your boss."!!   Three times Lantos' office staff said "no, we never recieved that signed form you sent in."   Three times? This limo boss ,i know for a fact, did not even have a PUC license nor a SFO airport permit, but is now a multi-millionare, illegally, not that that seems to matter in Ca.

When you go before the State Labor Commissioner, you can bring an attorney.  And you best have one before the State Labor Commissioner because the x-boss who stole $10k in wages in one year will surely have an expensive one from Frisco !!  I got one years ago from La Raza for a "contribution", so i gave $25 at first, being unemployed and wanting to see how well the young female attorney did. I could give more later if she did well. She did all the accounting paperwork and a formal legal brief, i could not have done. She drove once from SF to San Jose for the hearing and wanted to settle immediately after proving without a doubt the guilt of the x-boss,,, no guilty verdict tho proven the limo boss had stolen overtime for 3 straight years,,, and a gag order on final ruling?!  Plus she and i were treated with much less respect than the guilty as sin , plenty of proof against limo boss,,, and coerced to settle,instead of do your job and rule guilty or not guilty by the State Labor Commissioner !!  

Be soft on abundant illegal employers, Ca., who steal wages by hiding their common criminal practices with a 'settlement with no guilty verdict and a gag order'.     Treating employees like dirt and criminals,which honest and hard working as they are, will surely not bring more employees to Ca.,other than boat people fleeing Mexico and China and the like.  

If LAUREL CURVE HWY17 is such an ACCIDENT HOT SPOT,,,Every Autumn rain and Winter rain/snow Season,,,Then WHY is CALTRANS NOT SANDING HWY 17 and LAUREL CURVE !!?

The SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS is asleep on this subject of accident hot spots and easy remedies in the SouthBay, as usual! Thanks for decades of being a weak/silent public advocate.

Every Ca. STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND SENATOR on that busy commute route from Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz to San Josey and Sillycons Valley is asleep at their desk by not solving this easily by SANDING SANDING SANDING with all the cheap readily available local sand. Heck, the whole mtn. area is built on sand and there are gigantic sand quarries near by.

The CHP should post a anonymous list on line every day on its website of all the accidents by dots on a map for the entire state, different colors for collisions and spin outs w/o car to car contact.  LAUREL CURVE is an accident hot spot, the local CHP officer just told me.

And the tow truck drivers know this, like Rossi Tow out of Santa Cruz that says LAUREL CURVE "is our turf/territory" and an accident hot spot.  So why are they keeping this anonymous statistical  information secret from us about all the unnecessary accidents and spin outs that happen on HWY 17,,, AND LAUREL CURVE !!??

There is even a retire sheriff living at the outside of LAUREL CURVE!! and for charity and an avocation he stands outside his house in the bushes and listens in his yellow rain gear to ALL THE ACCIDENTS THAT ALMOST HAPPEN AND DO HAPPEN ,,, AT 'infamous Laurel Curve', he tells me.  So why, with all this information, and as a retired sheriff , can't he be the eye witness that proves LAUREL CURVE AND HWY 17 MUST MUST MUST BE SANDED DAILY IN AUTUMN AND WINTER !! "Danger."

And CALTRANS,,, naturally they are asleep at the wheel,,, of the sand spreader trucks parked somewhere nearby.  Why is it so hard for Caltrans to be proactive? Do we need a State Senate hearing to get Caltrans to do anything right !?  Can't we just fire all of Caltrans and hire by competitive bidding another more professional private highway maintenance outfit,yearly or for 5 year bids !?

Why, when California now has a DEMOCRAT GOVERNOR and SUPER MAJORITY IN BOTH HOUSES OF THE STATE LEGISLATURE,,, is so little getting done !?

In American public elementary school we learn by 5th grade that there are "3 parts to our Federal govenment: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial". Only problem is the biggest part or organ of Federal govt,or State, or Local govt we the Public have contact with is the "BUREAUOCRATS OF CIVIL SERVICE" !! They are a persistent, irrespective of Party in power lot of lazy overpaid ungrateful mean over-pensioned arrogant impolite almost-static huge horde !!

So anyone learning about America and government needs to appreciate the stranglehold the incompetents and lazybums of Bureauocracy at every level of government have on we frustrated everyday members of the governed !!

The Department of Education has the net effect of making our public school education WORSE in the USA.  Thousands of federal bureauocrat workers sit in those offices. A waste of Billions.

The Department of Energy is no closer to making the USA energy independent of terrorist arab states with abundant cleaner energy multiple sources beside fatally flawed and most expensive nuclear power option from Defense development of nukes.  Thousands of federal bureauocrat workers sit in those buildings. Energy subsidies to oil and coal are,,, a WASTE OF $Billions.

The Pentagon for the Defense Department has massive fraud problems wasting Billions with contractors continually.  Thousands of federal bureauocrat workers sit in those buildings.

Whether it is the state level sloth-like slowdown motion of the employees at every California DMV, dept. of motor vehicles i have ever been in.

Or the California state highway dept of Caltrans that thinks sweeping freeways of trash happens with a convoy of orange state vehicles less than every month slowly or barely moving and just pushing the litter and debis to the side of the highway or freeway, seldom or never to be picked up.  Caltrans cost us $Billions in direct incompetence in accepting Highway 87 thru San Jose, when it was not built to an acceptable standard and sagged for miles as an elevated dike freeway,,,and had to be rebuilt.  Same with the East side of the Bay Bridge engineering fiasco and delays for years that are directly attributable to Caltrans.

Then there is the federal FDA, which really does a lousy Bureaucracy job of making our foods and drugs safe. Horrid job.

And federal OSHA that really has the lowest standard possible for workplace safety.

Yes yes all these "bureauocracies" are suppose to be managed by the President or Congress or some one of the 3 levels of  "Executive, Legislative, and Judicial",,, but to no effect !!   From year to year, 4 year Presidential term to term, Democrats in power to ugh Republicans in anarchy power, it makes little difference in the horrible lazy rude incompetent self-serving overpaid and over-pensioned scam-disability can't-speak-good-English! unprofessional performance of the 'civil servant' Bureauocracy of every level of American government.

We bought an HP printer but now Offfice Max says they are not allowed to refill HP cartridges,,, and we have to buy NEW ONES !! Plus we tried refills at COSTCO,,, and they only lasted a week not over a month as usual !!

BEWARE of HP's 800# to India,as we had an HP tech. take remote control of our pc to fix a printer portrait vs landscape locked minor problem,,, and had our firewall lowered and hard drive MASSIVE INFECTION !!  Took the SJose repairman 5 days of 8hrs for 40hrs to clean up HP's mess and HP refused to take ANY RESPONSIBILITY !!

Can HP get any worse ?!

We just bought a new clothes washer, a Whirlpool Cabrio. 2 complaints are we did not get the safety glass top load door regretably to see how much water and real washing was going on,,, and the Darn thing has TOO LONG A LID LOCK,,, OVER 60 SEC AFTER ALL MOTION STOPS!!

A certain tragedy, but maybe preventable for Newtown, CT, an almost perfect American small town with great caring. They just all, parents to school principal, IGNORED A VERY TROUBLED CHILD.

The 'gun issue' is bogus, since the Mom single-parent legally purchased all the guns involved.

Yes it is difficult talking about how difficult parenting is, especially divorced parents.

But this boy Adam was VERY VERY SICK. And that is a subject most people don't want to talk about if it is their kid or someone elses.

  So no wonder all this chatter about banning assault weapons. We still, after all these recent school and kid mass murders, don't get it that every child is important and not just for the damage that a single lost and hurting child can do, like an adult. Democrats and Republicans are social responsibility adverse, except for the usual blue collar felonies by adults, as both parties become more compromising and alike. Let alone hard work in Congress adverse!!

And no one, or lovely charitable giving exceptional small town, did enough about it in this instance and probably others. No social worker,,, No principal making more than the President with golden handshake and golden parachute,,,no cop. Imagine if every town had one cop assigned to troubled and in danger children say at the ratio of 1000 population:1 cop up to a task force of 20 for big cities. What children are locked in dark closets with a pot to piss in when the mad parent goes to work? Add social workers,,,oh, and there goes the national budget better spend by the Defense Dept.! Thus 20 children were killed with guns, versus a baseball bat or sword. And eight adults.

 What a waste. What a tremendous tragedy. Again. And again. And again.

Here in California 'we'/the state politicians made the huge mistake to close all the state mental hospitals , like Sonoma and Agnews in the South Bay, just to save a few million $, and show how little they care for the less fortunate and those so troubled to cause crime, felonies, and mass murders and directly hurt the rest of us in society. Crime is done by social misfits mostly, right?  Yet we go on our blinders way assuming it is not our problem.  It is someone elses problem and expense. The cops. The social workers.  But as we were show again in Newtown, we all pay different prices,some immeasurable and unspeakable, some just tv news noticeable, when this happens in our community. Both political parties seem to be going against public works repair that is so obviously needed to a more conservative and libertarian position of pamper the rich, like pre-revolution France. Sad how we forget history's lessons so quickly, usually for short term some few's gain.

If we do not pay more attention to ALL OUR CHILDREN we will have more Mothers killed in bed by their children,,, and more mass murders by bomb or ax or baseball bat or gasoline fire from a lit rag in a gas can in houses or public school classrooms or theatres or public places.  The method is not nearly as important as THE CHILD THAT IS SO IGNORED AND IN SO MUCH PAIN THAT HE OR SHE HAS TO KILL TO EXPLODE their RAGE.

Did this kid Adam have to dye his hair red to show how unliked and shunned he was by his peers and unengaged by most adults that with a Boys Club or Boy Scouts could have easily stopped this !? 

I had the 1950s typical middle class upbringing with Indian Guides, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts lead by the cream of the neighborhood fathers. I hand neighors who had an open door for me and fed me at their dinner table as if i was one of their own as often as i wanted to visit different families on our friendly open block full of young and old families in small houses.  I had summer christian camp in the Santa Cruz mtns at Camp Campbell AND summer boy scout camp in the Sierras at Camp Hi-Sierra. And i had every kind of hunting and fishing and clamming snorkeling and abalone diving adventure with my Dad on the weekends when he was not teaching or grading tests late into the school nights. I had all the old and gone public school electives to enrich my life like Driver's Ed. , Woodshop, Metal shop, Electronics, Automotive, and elective options like Home Ec. for sewing and cooking and Art classes. 

Did i 'need' all these activities and interaction with peers and caring adults? Yes. My stay at home , retired teacher Mom had her hands full cooking and cleaning for 4 kids! If i had not had these i can easily see myself smoking cigarettes and drinking much more and getting into much more trouble from boredom and isolation as a teen and adult.

What do children have to do, Senator Feinstein, to matter mental health-wise to you and your benched lazy do-little breathern in the Senate and House of Congress!?  Set themselves and their world on fire?

15DEC2012,,,Watched "Moyers & Co." the other day,,, SHOCKING NEWS from reporters that President Obama, before the election, said he wanted to be remembered in history for drastically cutting 'entitlements' like Social Security!! HOw can a Democrat run like he did and be so misrepresented,,, a "right of Eisenhower conservative' !!?

How can so many "Democrat" Presidents betray and doublespeak their campaign rhetoric? What was all that about 'single payer' and 'public option' with all his Deregulation fat-cat Wall st. friends who are in the cabinet?

Our first black, African-American President , a "Democrat" is a closet Conservative!! , not Liberal and not Progressive and certainly not a true "Democrat"?  How can this be??

Kennedy and all the media fraud about the Wonderful 'Camelot' b.s. White House, when he was cheating on Mrs. and foolishly getting us in trouble in Cuba Bay of Pigs invasion and even worse in Vietnam.

LBJ's famous ego and deeper in trouble in Vietnam and could not see until too late it was un-winable. 

Clinton also cheating on his Mrs. and terminating Glass-Stegal law that protected us from most bank folly for decades since the Depression. The crash of 2008 ,,, and the current big recession that no current pol. wants to talk about.

And now President Obama, telling us one thing to get elected and playing this ongoing charade with the press says 'hostile' (acting) Conservative and radical Republicans to result in a 'compromise' of cut SSN and all other 'entitlements'.  What a fraud if that is what the play is. Politicians and honesty are like oil and water. Are our elected officials for us of a. ,,,or just for hidden agendas?

I recommend all Liberal leaning and Progressive dreaming 'Democrat's leave the party and join the Green Party, as there are few 3rd party choices currently.  And the Republicans and Democrats, meeting philosophically and unethically in the middle, are too narrow a political spectrum for the USA and its famous founding father's values.

Maybe if millions of us leave a 'Democrat' party that can't lead on principle when in power position twice in 5 years,,, some good will come of it.

Consumers Union and Consumer Reports ,,, will Not rate cars Night time functionality of headlight illumination, dash readability at night, switches located and glowing or not. Seems so LOGICAL,,, since there is day time and Dark nighttime that most of us drive in, besides dark tunnels.

Wouldn't you like to know, in advance, not after purchase, that your new car, let's say my Acura, has lousy 4 headlight illumination in the dark of night?  I have upgraded to the brightest bulbs you can buy aftermarket, but the design flaw is still there of a front bumper that is suppose to look better than it functions.

Maybe there is some honest thoughtful car salesman out there with a black opaque blanket to put over the car so you can sit in the dealer's showroom and see what the instrumentation dials and switches look like in the dark,,,mock as if it were night.(yeah right)  Can you find the 4 way switch fast in an emergency if the traffic slows in front of you on the highway and someone behind you is not paying much attention before he/she drives into your back seat?,,, or is it thru the steering wheel and not glowing so you have to fumble to find it?  Can you find the door locks, so if some creepy scary person approaches you can quickly lock your doors at night and in the dark?  Are the speedometer numbers , like on my Acura, so 'artistic' that you can not read them ,,, or tell the diference between 60mph and 80mph,,,in bright daytime or dark illuminated dash red glow of night time use? Is there any foot pedal illumination? Is the Acura dome light so pale and yellow feeble that you can not read a map using it?

I wish also that we could choose to have U.S. customary "righty tighty" door locks instead of the asian front/back direction so that the passenger door and the driver's door lock in different directions!!  What a bad idea for those of us born and raised in the USA. Car mfgs don't care it seems; we should be able to choose door lock systems, American/Asian. Just like we should be able to choose a v6 or a v8 or 4c in any car , a premium ripoff gas engine(Toyota MR2's ran Fast on regular gas) or a turbo direct-injected biodiesel engine. Intake port/manifold injection with all the carbon build up from the fuel burning before it even gets to the cylinder is such a shoddy antiquated foolishly bad-design idea!! My Isuzu Impulse had its intake manifold off every year for the mechanic to hammer and chisel the carbon off as he sat in the parking lot for hours!! 

So CONSUMER REPORTS,,,When are you going to be more needed and sufficiently safety conscious enough to realize that  DARK NIGHT TIME DRIVING IS MORE DANGEROUS than daytime driving generally and ,,, WE NEED THE BEST HEADLIGHT ILLUMINATION and DASH-SWITCH ILLUMINATION,,, and your denial of this bonehead , high school dropout obviously needed evaluation of cars is putting drivers and Millions of other share the road motorists at FATAL RISK!! 

PS-in california,r.i.p., you are not officially "in a collision" unless your car makes contact,,not if your car is hit by flying debris, like a tire coming thru your Mercedes windshield that recently happened to a AAA member,,, or you and 30-50 other motorists run over broken car parts debris because the CHP is too lazy to do lane control and clean up the accident debris, as you hear passing car's tire after tire pop and rim after expensive rim grind and deform to junk, totally unnecessarily.

When!?,,, is Google Maps going to give us driving moving street view,,,horizontally and pan left or right and speed up or slow down, road maps ,,, we can virtual "drive" ,,, just like they do with their camera cars !?

Aerial maps have progressed with photographic and traffic and labeled even if you tilt and rotate(oooh) and indoor,,, but land aerial is old hat. Map makers have been doing land aerials for 100s and 1000s of years.

If Google Maps takes all these cars out on the road to film in all directions, why can't we users 'drive' and pan virtually on roads, before actually driving the route? Mouse/scroll up for faster and mouse left to scan more left as travel on route.

Also want to be able to fly-by slow down a coast and see it horizontally. Hawaii or California or Jersey to see all the damage.  Why is this not obvious to the insulated techs at Google Maps?  With labels so i can see the names of beach side restaurants and hotels and famous landmarks.

All this flap about how bad the current Apple Maps are,,, well it took Years for Costco Santa Cruz, not 3 pins for the inside Opticians office!!!, to appear. Posted "problem w this map",,, and waited MONTHS and YEARS!,,, I am still waiting on so many businesses for the option to "rate this business",,,like Olukai's business address in Ca. and Hawaii,,,and like 2450 S. Bascom, San Jose, which is NOT an official EDD office, tho that is the LIE  lettered on the front door. PS- Beware of their bad advice, like "you can file up to 18months" instead of immediately!! with real official online website of EDD,,, not some bogus phoney office staffed by lazy good for nothing idiots who misrepresent themselves as actual official EDD state employee staff.

Beware !! New VISA scam: You look at your credit card bill and don't recognize a charge so you call VISA ,"That will be $35 to investigate and send you a printed report." OK, you say. Then you remember that charge was not under the Suppliers name but some subcontractor you never heard of. So you call VISA back and cancel the $35 investigation and report printout mailing,,,BUT YOU FORGET TO GET THE NAME AND I.D. # OF THE PERSON YOU CANCELLED WITH. Guess what happens in this looney era of deregulation and business 'self correction'? You still get billed the $35 !!

We really need strict laws and regulations on banks and mortgage companies, don 't you think after the national economic disaster caused by the deregulated banks without Glass-Stegal anymore in 2008.

This is the Democrat Party's last chance with me.  They had the vote and the Presidency and Congress with Obama in 2008 and wimped out trying to be compromising instead of Leadership with Republicans that were not in the least interested in compromising radical agendas that would have crashed the debt and the Nation.
If Obama and the Democrats don't get their act together by Christmas and New Year's Eve, the much feared 'fiscal cliff', i am registering Green Party and i suggest you do too to send those in power but too lazy or spineless to use it a strong message.  Perform this last time Democrats, or we will leave you by the millions in early 2013.

Remove entirely the cap on taxes for Social Security that never should have been there.
Remove the Oil Industry Billions tax breaks.
Bring back Glass-Stegal, in full force and better.
Remove the Farm Subsidies unneeded by Millionaire farmers.
Cut wasteful out of control military spending by at least 20%. End all foreign wars and military adventures.
Reform the tax code so that if Apple wants to keep thousands of jobs in China they don't get a tax break for hurting the USA and all the jobless Americans, but pay extra for it, even if we have to pay a little more for an Apple product, we need more good paying jobs in the USA.
Zero tolerance on military rape means zero tolerance; Go up the chain of command and take away half of their pensions.
Get serious,Organized Crime serious, about all the proliferation gangs like the murdering 2500 Fresno Bulldogs, the Modesto gas station car jackers, and prosecute them all, from the Bloods and Crips in LA, to the leftover mafia Mob in NJ.  Dead or jail or deport serious.

The Super-riche are less than 2%,,,or even stretch 10%, so how can they even come CLOSE TO WINNING ?!

COLLEGE STUDENTS, about to graduate with "less than half their classmates finding jobs in their study field", the newspapers say. Well, if they study and thus reason, most of those people won't vote for radical irresponsible 'tea pot' Republicans with only a pretty face fronting for them, Romney. Not one party virtue. Not one. Look how truly "ugly" the Republicans in the background are!!: Carl Rove ,,, v.p. Chaney ,,,Gingrich ,,,Grover Norquist, whoever the hell that is,,,that ill mannered, bony blond who had the gall to called the President of the United States a "retard", and the ones who put a Hitler moustache on his poster sized face. Anarchists! You'd have to be quite a sissy to 'vote for Romney or else i won't pay for your college education' son or daughter!  So forget the smart thinking studying logical college student group from voting for a guy who flip flops more than a fresh live fish out of water!! 99% solid for Obama!!

Next, the retired and pensioned and 'SENIORS'.  The rabid radical Republicans promise to do away with Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid. Gee, that sounds like the social Dark Ages,,, again; let's all move back to he-ll there !  Those minority roadblocking Republican fiscal fumblers who got us the extra expense AA rating vs the old AAA that much more responsible Republican President Eisenhower,91% top tax rate and hunky dory economy then, had is a slap in the face of 'duty honor country'.  No wonder so many of the Republicans elected and on the news have not served in the military!  A Republican minority has gutted private pensions and is on track to gut STRS and PERS and ALL the other public pensions. 401k's are fatally flawed,,, Think long and hard about how long one million $ will last You, if you falsely think That makes you 'rich' enough for their Exclusion Club ,,, among selfish arrogant cold-hearted callous rude and reckless Republicans who only care about Multi-millionaires and Billionaires!!  Ok, forget any non-senile senior from voting for that phoney fraud Romney! Seniors ,by reason, should be "solid for Obama, and every spineless weak handshake Democrat they can vote for"!!  It's called the "lesser of 2 evils", Ladies and Gentlemen.

Next , the NRA members and hunters and fisherman. True SPORTSMEN, and i don't mean buyers of the look and behavior phony posers.  Think about all that public land you HAD access to under Obama?  Forget about it!! The new cash or cry Republican administration will have private $$$$$ expensive hunt and fish 'clubs'.  The rest of us will be starving and cleaning our idle shotguns , just like back in olde England where the Lord owned All the game, fish and fowl.  They can keep the foul Romney who can not be trusted, may be rich, but has no honor, and couldn't tell the truth for a week even if his life depended on it.  True sportsmen will see through this rude ruse and vote ,overwhelmingly, Democrat and for President Obama! It's 'in the bag', legal, ethical, 'fair chase', and in the spirit of our forefathers, like in the movie "Last of the Mohican's".  Romney should not even try faking it as a good honest experienced and ethical sportsman pheasant hunter!!

Next, the WORKERS, low pay and hi million dollar bonus wall street short skirt secretaries, all.  Do you want More companies going overseas, taking More American jobs to anti/contrary China or even just Mexican hell-hole, or P.I. or S.E. asia? Do you want to live there!? Not me. Then why not cancel NAFTA, and start bringing all those tax breaks back to U.S. based companies and jobs?  Let's see how many child labor violations Apple will have,,, "back in the USA",,, sitting on over $100B in excess profit, if we make it difficult for them to stay in our possible future enemy country of China. Our number one job as voters and citizens is to protect the U.S.A.,period, and Mexico and China don't deserve to be spoiled and pampered and allowed to steal across our S.border or steal for decades our currency exchange rates. Period.

Lastly, but not least if you vote Obama and Democrat, is the WOMEN.  They may not support each other on many issues and may hire a man of lesser talent before a woman of greater talent. Women's male bias,such a travesty.  They may not have the confidence, even yet in 2012, this late in the game, to demand equal pay for equal work. They may not agree on old bloody battles and war won advantages over centuries of their say in reproductive rights ,,, to their Own bodies.  They may always ,at least in the USA, expect men to pay for their drinks and buy them dinners at expensive restaurants, and marry men for their fat salaries and large houses,,, and not any glimmer of good character,,, or sell themselves cheap as starving thin only physical beauties to men who beat and abuse them as wives and their unloved  berated children. Full prisons and mental wards, now dumped on the streets. But i hope women have more hope and memory of their especially hard struggle in society, compared to men. If they do, they will 99% vote for President Obama, and every Democrat they can.  And then hound Obama like a pack of beagles for the next four years to 'don't you dare waste our valuable time!'

President George W. Bush was a walking fumbling stumbling, Not eloquent disaster as President, lying about 'weapons of mass destruction' and 'terrorist link' in Iran,,,to us like Clinton's sex scandal and need to rid ourselves of Glass-Steagal,and losing over 200,000 jobs /month,and leading us into the worst recession in U.S. history with massive financial fraud and as yet with not one/dozens in jail from banks and Wall Street! Massive foreclosures and widespread loss of jobs as the Nation's economy weakened. Then the Republican minority delayed vote on debt extension and the lower and much more expensive AA credit rating,for the first time in our Nation's history! Didn't anyone watch what had happened in Enron-broke busted DIW  corrupt-capitol California?  And the election theft in Florida and Ohio with the unethical political Supreme Court and dirty stolen elections in 2000 and 2004!!

So common sense would tell you that the only way the Republicans 2-10% are going to win the Presidency in 2012 is by more cheating,,, ala  Nixon's Republican 'watergate' corruption.
