Label warns of fading but I ran one tan pair through regular wash and no fading at all on first and only wash.
Very light fabric.
I've had some 100% cotton canvas heavy ones for about 5 years. The bottom hem edge frayed. And the "little woman" said the old comfy all cotton ones from Ross had to go!!
Bought tan and also soft green. Passed on dark camo and blue. GF would look good in blue,,,
