5th generation Californian blows off steam and comments on the last 50 year decline in quality of life, etc. in home state of California. Some good news hopefully.

SF use to have a convenient free charter/tour bus parking lot at Pier 30 near the Bay Bridge for 50-250 bus to park "engines off". Now it's a paid car lot and there are 50-250 charter/tour buses circling SMOGGING UP THE Environment !!
