China is a currency manipulator, in violation of the WTO, and to the detriment of the USA, but out Feds do NOTHING,,,

For years China has gotten away will illegally manipulating its currency and keeping it artificially much lower, yet the WTO and the leading nations of the world do little or nothing. What good is it then to be part of the WTO ?!!
