Comcast may not tell you when you make the service appointment on your tv cable service and or internet service, but the technician will call your home, not your cellphone, before arriving, and if you do not answer-say you are in the toilet,,,or a good neighbor is at your front door---your supposed "appointment" is automatically cancelled !! Can you believe that ?!
We just had a service tech visit , to fix the Comcast box up on the telephone pole, so NOT OUR FAULT. He took 2 personal calls, at least, from his girlfriend about sub sandwiches for lunch,,,and Giants tickets, so the visit we had to stay around for was longer than it could have been.
