'CreditCardGuide.com' recommends MasterCards from Citibank-about to go bankrupt/be nationalized,,,and CapitalOneBank that gets poor ratings from ,,,
CONSUMER REPORTS, and rightly so for their poor availabilty by phone. Aren't there better provider banks out there,,,somewhere,,, of MasterCard accounts ??
