Why do San Jose's public school lawns always look so SEEDY when we are paying huge salaries to the maintenance people ??!!

Have you noticed,,,maybe you have and just wrote it off to whell we can't expect much from public employees you know,,,how LOUSY the public school lawns have looked in San Jose and Santa Clara County ,,,for decades.

Back in the 60s when i was in high school and then went to SJSC , maybe there was more pride is doing your job well,,,and more oversight by overpaid administrators,,,to make sure the lawns were regularly and frequently aerated, seeded, herbicide, and fertilized. But nearby Schallenberger Elementary is such an EMBARRASSMENT in a prosperous neighborhood ,,,even old Willow Glen High is SO NEGLECTED,,, with its lower academic achieving student body.

What can be done ?
