Don't fill in the name and address and email boxes first, but rather fill in the comment box first. That way, if you type a long pleading email and get to the end of your allowed 'characters'--and lord only knows we have a lot of 'characters' besides those wacky Republicans in the US of A--the program or your keyboard will not delete your message,,,so you will have to retype the whole darn thing.
Oh, and don't expect a acknowledgment ,,,or even a reply,,,'WE' hope the Executive Branch can multi-task, soon,,,
